Help Bake some Neolithic Flatbread

Cereal crops, especially wheat and barley, arrived in Britain at the beginning of the Neolithic.

Neolithic farmers didn’t need to forage for wild foods so much.

Grain could be grown and then stored and used to make bread when needed.

Barley could be added to stews to make them more filling and perhaps was used to make beer.

Can you help bake a delicious Neolithic flatbread?
